Black is anything but basic
O meu guarda-fatos é composto na sua mairoia por peças brancas e pretas. Para alguns, os tons monochrome podem parecer aborrecidos, para mim, essas são as tonalidades nas quais me sinto mais confiante. Já para não falar de que, como tudo combina contudo (até com as paredes de Londres), as opções de styling são infinitas. O segredo para tornar um look monochrome mais interessante é misturar texturas. Por exemplo: combinar um vestido esvoaçante com um casaco de cabedal, ou uns jeans com um top de seda, uma saia leve com uma camisola de lã, etc. Confia em mim, não há nada de básico num look monochrone. Já dizia a Coco Chanel: “Women think of all colors except the absence of color. I have said that black has it all. ... [Its] beauty is absolute. It is the perfect harmony.”
In my wardrobe there is mainly white and black clothes. For some, monochrome tones may seem boring, to me these are the tones in which I feel more confident. Not to mention that, as everything is matchable (even with the walls of London), the styling options are endless. The secret to making a monochrome look more interesting is to blend textures. For example, combining a silky dress with a leather jacket, or jeans with a satin top, a leather skirt with a wool sweater, etc. Trust me, black is anything but basic.
